Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wickshelf's website and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who We Are

Wickshelf is a Texas-based charitable organization (to be formed). References to "Wickshelf", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Wickshelf.

Eligibility

The Services are not directed to children under 13. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

Account Registration

• You must sign in using a supported provider (Google or Discord).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account or use another user's account.

Video Classes

The Services include live video classes powered by LiveKit. We do not currently record classes, but we may enable recording in the future. If we do, we will provide notice and update our policies.

User Conduct

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that you are not authorized to access.

Content and Data

We track attendance and book discussions to provide the Services. You retain your rights in any content you submit, but you grant Wickshelf a license to use it to operate the Services.

Payments

The Services are currently free. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, and we will provide additional terms before any charges apply.

Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion functionality is in development. In the meantime, you may request deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Services or other users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WICKSHELF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WICKSHELF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
